Had a fairly good twenty-four hours. Ice-cream, lamenting the absence of attractive men, dancing in the shower, singing Kolaveri on the pot, a fair amount of studying, The Office re-runs, Arrested Development re-runs, some more studying, running, healthy number of tears here and there, continuing the discussion about there being zero attractive men, 'twas a pleasantly mundane day.
No, but seriously, where are the men? The articulate, suave, well-spoken, well-read, witty, emotional, good, straight (sorry Pod) men. The Mr Darcys, the Will Turners, the Rusty Ryans, the Ned Nickersons, the Jim Halperts. All I see are Bertie Woosters and Charlie Harpers, sometimes, even impossible combinations of both. Admittedly, I'm no exquisite Bennet nor long-legged, red-convertible-driving Nancy Drew, but I still deserve SOME fodder for the imagination. Dear men, you must come out from wherever you are hiding. It's time.
