Date: Mar 1, 2012.
Starting the first of March, and for the rest of the month, my family calls me Birthday Baby. The month is basically a month long Birthday extravaganza, I'm granted any wish I ask, there's an unwritten rule that noone may be unpleasant to me, I'm allowed tantrums that would otherwise have resulted in withdrawal of phone/Small Wonder watching priveleges, I'm allowed to buy what I want, say what I want, spend hours exam-time making long party lists about who invited me, overtly spite those who've been mean to me at all that year by not inviting them, demand extra Gems in my milk, decide what cassette plays in the car, tell my dad when he can/cannot smoke, even tell him to shut up when he embarks on his perfectly monotone "Almost Heaven, West Virginia..."
Today, I'm officially Birthday Baby!
Spoke to him. Emailed my parents about the break up. Cried a bit. Went running. Other dull things.
Have so much studying to do. So very much.
Much much much before that however, here's a song my mom used to love: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wUr3xDVR3XQ.
It's lovely.
Signing off, bestest wishes to all my other March Birthday Babies. (Loud, belligerent shoutout to Man, come back home you stupid girl!)
For everyone else, meetha kha lena aaj, pehli tareekh hai. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HoT219u0_Kg&feature=related
